STREET MEET

What a great outdoor dining experience. Too many to choose from. The regulars: Sarsa, Nikkei, Rural Kitchen, Wildflour, Pepi Cubano, Bistro Pamana, Bagnet Patong, and a lot of barbecue stalls. Isaw, please!  But in our case, we entertained ourselves over hot cocoa at Seattle's Best one fine Sunday afternoon. And Taters famous popcorn. A great combo, eh! The catch: we were people watching the whole time. Got the picture.

Kidding aside, Rada and Leviste streets in the Makati Central Business District were a breeze on a weekends, to give way to the Makati Street Meet. Aside from tables dotted on every corner, there were mats and pillows too for homey feel. If my memory serves me right, this event started along Paseo de Roxas years ago. It was also a hit. It's near my place so when I'm down on a Sunday, then this is the place to unwind. Let us start anew to help rebuild the economy. Light and love.
